HOW DOES IT WORK?
At it’s core, the artist development program is about enabling artists to unlock their true potential.
I am a big believer in focussing on input rather than output. What I mean by this is that you should be focussing on what you put in above anything else.
Instead of “I want more streams” we want “I am going to improve my branding, strategy and musicianship”.
Instead of “I wish my social media followers would grow” we want “I am going to make 15 really good reels”.
Instead of “I want people to find my music” we want “I am going to put out my best work with the best strategy possible”.
This is not to say results are not important, of course they are. But, let me ask you this: Do you really believe that you won’t achieve your output goals if you put everything into your input goals?
How Long Does It Take?
You will see positive change almost instantly.
I recommend a minimum commitment of 3 months to get the best results but you will 100% see positive improvements in your ability to achieve your goals straight away.
We also agree what it is we’re going to try and achieve and how we’re are going to measure that achievement. E.g., if you want to get better at posting consistently we’d commit to the following monthly goals.
Design two “sets” at home you can use to film.
Create two ideas for recurring content.
Film, edit, caption 4 posts.

The plan is personal, but if it’s one thing I know how to do it’s set goals and achieve them.
The whole idea of the program is to help you achieve those goals you’ve had in your head. I’ll help you get where you need to go.
